Nope, not a conservative

My practice involves a lot of "liberalish" areas of law.

When I do consumer law, I generally represent consumers.
When I do wage law, I generally represent employees.
When I do landlord/tenant law, I generally represent tenants.
When I do sexual harassment law, I only represent victims.
When I occasionally get involved in the criminal system, it is usually to represent a victim's interests.

I am very good at those things.   I love what I do.  I love helping people.... but I am still an objective, analytical, skeptical, inquisitive, sort.  And I like economics.  And I absolutely hate it when folks try to pretend that the world is different from how it actually is.

So I write on that.

Because I tend to do a lot of liberalish work, and because I tend to write on what I know, this blog will focus heavily on talking about liberal things, and (often) pointing out issues with them.

If you can't tell the difference between "conservative" and "objective, analytical, skeptical, inquisitive, liberal" then this blog is probably not for you.
